River City Wrestling Con is a family friendly convention. Fans of all ages will attend this event. Please use common sense, be considerate of others and be aware of your surroundings. Everyone and everything is subject to search. Rules are subject to change without notice.

PROHIBITED ITEMS​

Outside food and beverages including coolers or containers, cans, cups and bottles

Knives, guns and any type of weapon or explosives

Laser pointers

Noise makers, whistles, and air horns

Pets (except services animals)

Oversized backpacks, duffle bags, purses or bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12

Professional still and video cameras (except for approved media personnel)

Smoking (except in designated areas)

Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

Roller skates, skateboards, wagons, carts, and scooters, (excluding personal mobility equipment)

RE-ENTRY
Re-entry will be allowed provided patron does not remove wristband received at entry.

AUTOGRAPH POLICY
To efficiently manage meet and greet lines, we are limiting autographs to THREE PER PERSON for each autograph session. Memorabilia (championship belts, figures, etc.) are signed at the discretion of each guest and may be subject to additional fees.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Photography of media guests and invited celebrities is prohibited. Each guest has their own photo policy which varies from individual to individual. Media and some exceptions exempt only with express permissions given by the celebrity or their representative.
Photographers may not set up any lighting structures or backdrops or obstruct the flow of convention traffic.

CHILDREN POLICY
All minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children age 10 and under, (2 children per paid adult), admitted free with adult supervision.

REFUND POLICY
River City Wrestling Con is a rain or shine event.
Lineup and set times are subject to change.
All Ticket Sales are final. There are NO refunds.

NOTICE OF FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY
​When you enter a New Horizon Entertainment, LLC event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by New Horizon Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar New Horizon Entertainment, LLC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of New Horizon Entertainment, LLC. You release New Horizon Entertainment, LLC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by New Horizon Entertainment, LLC or the person or entity designated to do so by New Horizon Entertainment, LLC. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy​
RCWC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone and to provide a safe and entertaining environment where fans of all kinds can come together. As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to; making unwanted and/or discriminatory advances on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, physical appearance, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable federal or state laws, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcomed sexual attention or other verbal or physical conduct of a discriminatory nature, or by creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment by engaging in such conduct.

If you feel you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed or have any other concerns, please contact event security or a RCWC staff member immediately.

This policy extends to all event areas, including the hotel and convention center common areas, break out rooms, and dressing rooms; and includes all talent, attendees, partners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, and event staff.
​
RCWC management has the sole discretion in determining what constitutes harassment under this policy. Participants or attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
RCWC management reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from its event, (including future events), at any time, and to take any action deemed appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the event, (without refund), and contacting law enforcement.
